Program Fees
To apply to the AIMG Program, an application fee of one hundred
Canadian dollars ($100CAD) per discipline
is required. If an application is submitted to more than one
discipline, the amount is multiplied by the number of disciplines
to a maximum of five disciplines or $500CAD.
This fee covers processing of your application and supporting
documents. You may apply to any number of disciplines up to
a maximum of five disciplines.
- The fee is non-refundable. Once you
have submitted your application, the fee will not be returned
for any reason including an incomplete application, a withdrawn
application, an unsuccessful application, an unsuccessful
OSCE attempt, or an unsuccessful match.
- The full fee is due when the application package
is submitted to the AIMG Program office.
- An application fee is required for applicants “opting
out” of (i.e. not repeating) the OSCE and MMI assessments.
- The fee is payable with a postal money order or a certified
cheque made payable to The University of Calgary.
The applicant fee must be made in a single payment when
the application package is delivered.
- No receipts will be issued. It is the applicants' responsibility
to retain copies before submitting the fee.
Application packages without accompanying fee are
considered incomplete.
