Interviews
Post Graduate Residency Program Interviews
Candidates who pass the AIMGP OSCE will have their files
sent to their selected residency programs at both the University
of Alberta and University of Calgary.
Residency programs determine if they will require an interview
in addition to the MMI examination. Residency programs contact
candidates that they choose to interview directly. Candidates
are solely responsible to arrange their own transportation
to residency program interviews.
Residency program directors determine if they will rank or
not rank candidates. Residency programs submit their list
of ranked candidates (if applicable) to the AIMG Program office
for matching.
NOTE: Not all residency programs will interview
candidates. Some residency programs may choose to rank candidates
based entirely on AIMG Program file and assessment performance
information.
